Ed has worked in the financial services sector for 17 years.  He has advised high profile global clients on all aspects of communications within the financial markets, including large scale M&A, IPOs, restructuring, legal and regulatory investigations and governmental defaults.

Client experience includes Bain Capital, Zurich Insurance Group, Jupiter Asset Management, Dubai World, Northern Rock, Towergate and Polar Capital.

Ed was previously a Senior Managing Director within FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications division, formerly known as Financial Dynamics which he joined in 2003. Before that he was in investment banking with Macquarie and Brown Shipley. Prior to investment banking, Ed worked in the audit & advisory practice of Deloitte where he worked in the Financial Services team. Ed qualified as a chartered accountant from Deloitte.

Geoffrey is one of the most experienced consultants in financial PR and investor relations.  With over 28 years of experience he has advised numerous clients on maximising their valuations and corporate reputations across a wide range of areas, including flotations, mergers and acquisitions as well as on an on-going financial calendar basis.  Client experience includes advising Thomas Cook in their transformation and £1.6 billion capital refinancing, Zurich Insurance Group, Northern Rock, Aegon, Allied Irish Banks, Friends Provident and Fortis as well as many others.

He was previously Global President of FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications division, formerly known as Financial Dynamics, which he joined in 2000.  Before that he was Head of Investor Relations at NatWest, where he led the bank’s defence against The Royal Bank of Scotland’s and the Bank of Scotland’s hostile bids, having joined the bank in 1990.  He began his career as a buy side investment analyst with Leopold Joseph in 1985.

Amongst her high profile successful M&A transactions, Ginny has advised Hyder on its two sided bid defence from Arcadis and Nippon Koei and May Gurney plc on its defence from Costain and Kier.  High profile international campaigns she has led include advising ABB on its US acquisitions of Thomas & Betts and Baldor Inc., Colfax on its US$1.2bn bid for Charter and Ferrovial’s £10.4bn takeover of BAA.

Ginny previously was a co-founder of Citigate Dewe Rogerson and worked there from 1988 to 2014. During this period she has advised a wide range of corporates across the industrials, support services and technology sectors, with clients such as VT Group plc, Babcock, Shanks, Indra Sistemas, Alere and Pace Micro Technology plc.

Prior to entering financial communications, Ginny worked in corporate finance at N.M.Rothschild and Bankers Trust.

Prior to joining Camarco, Georgia was a Director at FTI Consulting. Before this she worked in New York in a marketing role and studied for the Certificate in International Business Practice. Georgia graduated from Exeter University in 2007 with a BA (Hons) in History.

She has had work published in popular finance titles such as What Investment, Growth Company Investor, Investment Adviser and FTAdviser.com, alongside national newspapers including FTfm, The Times and The Sunday Times.

In 2010, Jenny was awarded the coveted Financial Consumer Journalist of the Year by the Association of Investment Companies and in both 2012 and 2013 she was part of the editorial team that scooped the IMA Team Award for Excellence in Investment Writing.

Lindsay has a background as a senior regulator, European policy maker and expert witness in the European capital markets, advisory, asset management and banking sectors. Lindsay has been for over eight years providing advice to European banks, securities trading and asset management firms including GE Capital Bank, Aviva, Capital International Group, Chi-X,  Sungard, BNY Mellon, Vanguard, AllianceBernstein and the Euroclear Group.

Until 2006, Lindsay was a Director of the Financial Services Authority – a predecessor regulator of all UK financial services. His senior FSA roles included Director of Authorisation,  Director of Retail Firms Supervision, and  Director of Knowledge Management. Lindsay was part of the small Core Team under Howard Davies that designed and established the FSA in 1997.

Prior to the FSA, Lindsay was a regulator and supervisor with the Securities and Futures Authority, The Securities Association and the Surveillance Division of the London Stock Exchange from 1986 onwards. Lindsay holds a Engineering and Economics Bsc honours degree from Sussex University.

Lindsay Thomas is an experienced banking and investment regulatory consultant.  Lindsay’s recent clients include Bank of Tokyo, Vanguard,  Alliance Bernstein,  Capital International and WestLB. Lindsay has held director roles at the FSA including Authorisation and Retail Firms Supervision.

Grant has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services sector and joined Camarco from Aviva Investors where he worked across its asset classes, including its multi-strategy funds, equities and property.

Prior to Aviva Investors, he was Media Manager at National Employment Savings Trust (NEST). Grant also worked at Virgin Money as PR Manager. As part of this role, he was involved in the launch of Virgin Money Giving and in the media approach for the Virgin Money London Marathon.

Grant started his career in financial journalism at Mortgage Introducer.
