Capital Market Communications Limited (“Camarco”), the recently launched financial and corporate communications consultancy, announces the appointment of Ginny Pulbrook as Partner, Head of Industrials and Support Services with effect from 1 December 2014.

Since the announcement of its launch twenty weeks ago, Camarco has grown strongly and now has 26 retained clients, spanning the financial services, energy and natural resource and consumer sectors, that include multinational and FTSE companies.

Ginny joins the current Camarco team of eleven, adding over 26 years of experience and joining from Citigate Dewe Rogerson, where she has worked since co-founding the business in 1988. Over this period, she has advised UK and overseas based clients at the highest levels across a number of sectors and scenarios, particularly in Industrials and Support Services. Her expertise and experience covers corporate reputation, crisis management and special situations alongside a wide range of capital market communications including IPOs, secondary fundraisings, placings, rights issues, M&A, restructurings and re-financings. In addition she has been advising clients on their results and associated financial calendar communications.

In terms of high profile successful M&A transactions, Ginny recently advised Hyder plc on its bid defence from Arcadis and Nippon Koei; and May Gurney plc on its defence against the bidding war between Kier and Costain.

She began her career in Corporate Finance with N.M. Rothschild and Bankers Trust.
