Capital Market Communications Limited (“Camarco”), the sector focused financial and corporate communications consultancy, announces the appointment of Jennifer Renwick as Associate Partner, with effect from 16 February 2015.

Jennifer was previously an Associate at Brunswick Group and prior to that was an investment banker at Citi, working in their M&A and Equity Capital Market teams in both London and Hong Kong.

Jennifer joins a team of thirteen at Camarco, where she will bring over nine years’ experience in the communications and capital markets sectors, advising clients on a broad range of critical communications issues with a particular focus on corporate and financial communications, M&A and equity market transactions.

Jennifer has extensive experience in developing integrated engagement programmes for clients with key audiences and stakeholders, investor relations and financial calendar work, internal communications, media relations, profile building, corporate responsibility positioning and reputation management. Previous clients include Barclays, Numis Securities, London Mining, Serco, ISS, HMV and SKIL Ports and Logistics.

Jennifer has also advised on a number of high profile M&A, IPOs and equity market transactions in EMEA and Asia.

Since the announcement of its launch in May 2014, Camarco has added 35 retained clients spanning the financial services, energy and natural resource, consumer and industrials and support services sectors.
